Creative Director & Owner
Blending business know-how with creative intuition, Estelle has shaped Designtank into the trusted studio it is today. Her corporate background in IT Project Management, paired with a Diploma of Interior Technology, set the foundation—while her eye for detail and natural creativity bring the business to life, creating a well-rounded and forward-thinking design practice.
With a sharp eye for detail, a natural problem-solving mindset, and an easygoing, attentive approach, Estelle takes the time to genuinely understand each client. The result is a design experience that feels enjoyable from start to finish—and outcomes that consistently exceed expectations.
Julia Glushchenko
Interior Designer
With several years of procurement experience and a Diploma of Interior Design, Julia brings a balanced blend of structure and creativity to every project. Her European eye for aesthetics, together with an appreciation for the coordination behind the finished product, results in interiors that are both beautifully refined and genuinely functional.
Guided by a thoughtful approach and a genuine interest in each client’s lifestyle, Julia designs spaces that feel effortless yet intentionally crafted—where every detail has meaning and every choice adds to the story of the home.
Olivia Mitchell
Graduate Interior Designer
A graduate of Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Design (Interior Architecture), Olivia joined Designtank through an internship and has since become a part of the studio team.
With a strong interest in residential design, Olivia enjoys exploring how thoughtful planning and considered details can completely transform the way people experience their homes. Bringing designs to life through 3D renders is a particular passion—helping clients visualise and connect with their spaces long before the final result.
Driven by a desire to create interiors that feel both functional and beautiful, Olivia finds fulfilment in seeing concepts evolve into spaces that truly reflect the way people live.
