Founded in 2013, Designtank is a boutique interior design studio in Brisbane, Queensland. An approach that balances traditional, timeless design with modern flair has seen the transformation of many homes from traditional Queenslanders through to contemporary apartments.
At the heart of every design is the client. Every project starts with a clean slate. We work collaboratively with you to understand exactly how you want to live in a space, the aesthetic you are drawn to and the practicality you seek to underpin everyday living. Estelle Cameron
Creative Director & Lead Designer
An intersection of business know-how and creativity has allowed Estelle to harness both skill sets in her role as an interior designer, bringing form and function together to create stylish yet practical homes. A corporate background in IT Project Management and a Diploma of Interior Technology became the foundations for Designtank - on a mission to rethink interiors and personalise the process of renovating and decorating a home. With an eye for detail, an intuitive problem-solver and good listener, Estelle’s approachable manner is evident as she spends the time getting to know her clients. The result is an outcome that exceeds all expectations (while having fun along the way).
When she’s not working, you’ll find Estelle spending time with
her family, including two busy teenagers and a beloved dog.
